During the conference summarizing the organization of the high school graduation exams in 2023, on September 20th, the Ministry of Education and Training announced that they are continuing to gather opinions on the plan for the high school graduation exams in 2025. According to this plan, the upcoming exam is expected to include 11 subjects: Literature, Mathematics, Foreign Languages, History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Economics and Law, Informatics, and Technology.
The format of the exam papers is being researched and developed with the aim of inheriting the strengths of previous exams while introducing innovations to align with the objective of assessing students' competencies. Currently, except for the Literature subject, the exams for all other subjects are designed in a multiple-choice format, where students choose one out of four options.
Furthermore, the Ministry plans to pilot computer-based testing for multiple-choice subjects in some localities during 2025-2030. After 2030, it is expected that all 63 provinces and cities with the capability will be able to organize computer-based multiple-choice exams.
It can be observed that online testing is increasingly proving to have numerous outstanding advantages, including cost and time savings, especially for large-scale exams spread across multiple provinces, regions, and diverse areas.
MegaTest is currently one of the leading digital platforms providing solutions for all forms of online testing, assessment, and competency evaluation within the education system. Notably, the Foreign Language Competency Assessment is a feature developed on the MegaTest platform, capable of organizing large-scale online competitions at the national, provincial, or municipal level.

With its outstanding features and modern technology, MegaTest has been selected and implemented by the Department of Education and Training for several years to support the work of exams and online assessments. It has also received directives for implementation at the local level from various provinces and cities nationwide.
